Berkeley Church Wedding Photography

Seeing this Berkely Church wedding photography gallery will make you want to get married all over again; I guarantee it! The day was beyond amazing; not only were the bride and groom amazing but their friends and families were too. And the details? Swoon! You’ll love them! But before I get ahead of myself, let’s start from the beginning. If you’ve been a keen reader of our blog you’ll have already met Jadewin and Abigail when I captured their CNE engagement photos last year. (Any Toronto wedding photographer whose been around for more than a few years has shot at least one of those!) After months of planning, crafting and super-organized wedding planning, the day has finally arrived where they can call themselves husband and wife.

The sky was overcast and the forecast called for rain, it was holding off and we hoped it would stay that way. I met up with the bride at her family home as everyone gathered in the cozy dining area to get their makeup and hair done. I was greeted with laughter as I walked through the door – I knew it was going to be a fun day!

As the mascara was still drying on their lashes, we ran to the church just in time for the “no-look first look”. Abigail and Jadewin wanted a chance to have a quiet moment together before they walked down the aisle, but keeping with tradition, they didn’t want to see each other.

She walked down the aisle, their said their “I do”‘s and off to the Berkeley Church we went!

Arriving at The Berkeley Church, the rain was spattering off-and-on. Luckily, there are a lot of indoor photography locations within the Berkeley Church to use in the event of rain. While we managed to get out to the courtyard for a few shots, some of my favourite images are from inside the church.

Dinner was served, dances were danced and as a surprise to Abigail, Jadewin brought her up on stage and sang the sweetest lovesong to her. If the beautiful decor, tasty food and great music wasn’t enough to overwhelm your senses, seeing Jadewin serenade her new wife was the icing on the cake! I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye in the house (including myself).
