Granite Golf Club Engagement Photos

The Granite Golf Club, just north of Toronto, is spectacularly gorgeous. The views are incredible and there are so many nooks and crannies in which to take a creative image. Although the weather was a little on the chilly side, the warm golden sunshine would lead you believe otherwise.

Here are a few favourite images from a recent Granite Golf Club engagement session. Enjoy!

Getting a natural and comfortable smile from your clients can be tricky. Working together, during an engagement session, is a great way to get to know each other and for the clients to get accustomed to being infront of the camera. Look at that gorgeous smile – and all he had to do was gently whisper “I AM BATMAN!” in her ear. Awww, true love!

This is one of my favourite images of the day. It was created using the Brenizer Method. The Brenizer Method is a way of taking several images and stitching them together to create a field of view and depth of field that would be impossible to create in real life. I just love the way the trees border them, the sky is gently creeping into the top of the image, the last rays of sunlight are hitting the trees behind them. This is definitely a print-worthy image!

As the sun began to set, we hopped into the golf carts (yipee!!) and headed back to the clubhouse; hoping to catch the light for just a few minutes more.

Lucky us, made it back to the barn just in time! The sun was setting and the wind was getting chilly; but there’s always time for one last smooch and a movie-worthy twirl with your honey!
