Colorful Polson Pier Engagement Session
You may remember Jenny + San from their Aga Khan Museum wedding photos, or possibly from part 2 of their story; their Mildred’s Temple Kitchen wedding.
Jenny and San’s Engagement Session
I first met Jenny and San thanks to their cousin, Wylie, who is also a photographer. The recommendation was lovely, and so glad we clicked right away!
Jenny and San wanted something that incorporated both of them as part of their Polson Pier Engagement Session. First of all, San is a huge basketball player so we had to incorporate some awesome graffiti artwork and basketball courts before heading out for their Polson Pier Engagement Session in order to satisfy Jenny’s desire to have the Toronto skyline as a part of her photos. Naturally, their love for each other really shows throughout their session!
It’s pretty obvious that laughter is important for these two. Jenny’s laugh is contagious and her smile can brighten any room. While San may be the more quiet of the two, his smile, too, will melt your heart.
One of the nicest things about taking engagement photos at Polson Pier is that you can really get two different looks depending on what type of photographic technique you use. These first few portraits are light and airy. Keep scrolling down though…
… and wowzers! Check out the colour and vibrancy that the setting sun adds to the photo! These images were created with special lighting techniques that allow us to explore the variety of light available to us and really utilize the location to it’s full potential.
Congratulations to the happy couple! xoxo
