King Edward Hotel Wedding Photos
A beautiful gallery of King Edward Hotel wedding photos is here for all to see. This was truly one of the most elegant wedding days we’ve had the pleasure of photographing. Everyone looked absolutely stunning and smiles were so bright and genuine that it truly melted your heart. There’s no doubt how much love and support there was for the happy couple as they celebrated the day of their marriage.
While the morning was relaxed and intimate, once we headed downtown and got ready for some King Edward Hotel wedding photos in the actual building, the event became more real. Wow – the day is really here! After all the planning, all the effort and all the hard work – it’s here! The grand staircase, the pillars, the beautiful architecture of the King Edward – it made it all so real.
After the “I do’s” everyone ate and danced well into the wee hours of the morning. The day went off without a hitch thanks to an incredible team of vendors (all listed below!) and we wish the happy couple a lifetime of love, health and happiness!
Cheers from the whole Ten·2·Ten team!
I don’t usually post so many decor photos (since I’m more about the moments) but this decor is truly stunning and is deserving of a showcase too!
Tips for King Edward Hotel Wedding Photos
- The King Edward Hotel is a beautiful place – but it’s also very dark. It’s part of the atmosphere. That being said, make sure that you choose to work with a photographer who is comfortable shooting in low light environments and who has a few tricks up their sleeve when it comes to bringing extra light with them.
- There are a lot of beautiful spots for a couple to sneak away in and take some photos, but finding larger spots for wedding party and family photos can be tough as the lobby is always very busy. Always ask the co-ordinator if other rooms are available and can be accessed for larger group photos or consider taking your group photos off-site
- If you can get into the Crystal Ballroom – please do! It’s been newly renovated and it’s gorgeous. An amazing backdrop for a wedding reception or photos.
