If you didn’t see part 1 of Jenny + San’s Aga Khan Museum wedding photos, you better go take a peek! Part 1 is pretty darn awesome, but let me tell you – part 2 will blow you away! Jenny + San, being foodies, opted for a Mildred’s Temple Kitchen Wedding for their reception as well as casual ceremony. Being a foodie myself, I’m in paradise when I get to shoot at wedding at Mildred’s Temple Kitchen. The open concept kitchen allows you to take a peek at the prep that goes into making each and every tasty, tasty dish! It’s dinner and a show, basically.
The other amazing detail from this foodie wedding was Jenny’s hand crafted place cards. Can you believe she took the time to hand paint each and every one of these and had them personalized for each guest? I don’t know about you, but I think she’s got a future in custom wedding decor, no? Seriously, between the decor and the food these Mildred’s Temple Kitchen wedding photos will have you running there for your own wedding in a moment’s notice.
Jenny + San opted for a casual ceremony with the majority of their guests standing. This created a very intimate atmosphere for the couple as they exchanged their vows (with a few laughs here and there, of course!)
As the lights dimmed, the sun set and the food was brought to the tables, the party festivities began! Guests had a great time laughing with each other; the entire family was smiles from ear to ear!
After speeches were done, Jenny, San and I stepped outside for a few late night wedding photos. While it was raining off and on, we were lucky to find a period in which the rain stopped in order to venture to the West Elm walkway and a few other nearby photo locations in Liberty Village. The perfect way to end the night with the perfect couple – congratulations to both of you on an amazing day! xoxo
