We’re no stranger to Scarborough Bluffs Engagement photos. In fact, shooting engagement photos at Scarborough Bluffs is one of our favourite things to do. Let’s face it; the location is GORGEOUS. Hands down it’s one of the nicest photography locations in Toronto. The sand is soft, the water is always a beautiful blue and the background is pretty darn epic. While the top of the Bluffs is typically quite busy, the bottom area of the Bluffs can be a little bit more calm and perfect for a romantic evening stroll. Our post wraps up with some of our favourite Scaroborough Bluffs engagement photos but it starts at a different area of the city: Graffiti Alley!
One of the nice things about engagement photos is that you can use the opportunity to explore the city while hanging out with your photographer and that’s exactly what Kim + William did. They wanted something beautiful, calm and picturesque (hence the Bluffs) but they also wanted something that was very “Toronto” so Graffiti Alley was an obvious choice.
If you’ve ever taking engagement photos in Graffiti Alley or even walked through Graffiti Alley before you’ll know that it is exactly what is sounds like. There’s some of the most spectacular graffiti there; the colours are so vivid! But it’s also an alley. Aside from the cute loading docks and doorways you’re also dodging delivery trucks and dumpsters. Romantic? Ehhhh… depends on your definition of romance. Fun? ABSOLUTELY! It’s always fun to photograph in a place that’s a bit more modern and extra fun when your couple is up for the adventure too! Having a chance to photograph these two lovebirds was such a pleasure for us; the session is one of our faves!
Enough talk, we know you came here for the photos, so here they are!
