Toronto Wedding Photography Prices: FAQ

Yes, as per Ontario law, we must charge HST on all of our services.

Absolutely! A signed contract and paid retainer are required to book our services. Contracts are there to protect both of us and we do not take commissions without a signed contract.

For all full-day weddings, the retainer is $750. For packages that are 5 hours of less, the retainer is $500.

No, retainers cannot be refunded. Your retainer provides a service, and that service is us turning away all other commissions for that day. We begin turning away commissions immediately after you’re booked and therefore the retainer cannot be refunded.

The world we live in now is one where Covid is always present and waxes and wanes with different waves. Covid is no longer an unprecedented event – couples are keenly aware of how a pandemic can affect their event and make the choice to willingly enter into a contract. For that reason, there are no penalty-free rescheduled or cancellations offered due to Covid or other pandemic related reasons..

If you’re looking to work within a particular budget, the best thing to do is to be very open and upfront with us about what you’re seeking in terms of services and what your budget is. From there, we can advise you if a custom package can be created to meet your needs.

Intimate/micro wedding coverage of 5 hours or less can be booked no more than 3 months away from the wedding date.

Full day weddings are booked no more than 14 months in advance – this is reflective of the prices listed.
