Jenny + San’s Aga Khan Museum wedding photos will forever be in my memory and a time when I was thrilled to have called myself a Toronto wedding photographer. It was the photo shoot that contained every possible season – all at once. It rained, then the sun came out, then the wind started up and then it SNOWED. All within an hour. These two were absolute troopers and luckily each and every one of those seasons works beautifully well with the stunning backdrop at the Aga Khan so I certainly was a happy photographer. Let’s take a look at Part 1 of Jenny & San’s Aga Khan museum wedding day.
The morning started as a typical wedding morning; hair and makeup and a bride doing her best to remain relaxed on what’s going to be one of the most exciting of days!
The details were perfect. Every little accent; every element – everything. The bouquet was modern and neutral in colour; a wonderful compliment to the pop of colour Jenny had in her shoes.
It’s that time! The time to get into the dress! Jenny’s custom made dress was simple and chique; requiring only one simple button to complete her bridal look.
Here it is, at least, wedding photos at the Aga Khan museum. When Jenny and San were trying to decide where to take photos, this one was the obvious choice. It was modern and sleek, a theme that complimented their wedding day. The rain stopped right before we took this picture; the sun began to emerge. We thought we were going to have a wonderfully sunny afternoon…
As the skies began to darken and we started seeing flurries of snow appear, we decided it was best to hop in the car and head down to Liberty Village for their Mildred’s Temple Kitchen wedding ceremony and reception.
